About Walter's Work
Walter Rossi Cervi is a PhD researcher at Wageningen Economic Research. Walter holds a bachelor's degree in Geography (2012), master's degree in Agricultural Engineering (2015) and PhD in Bioenergy (2020). His research interests are land change science, sustainability and bioenergy; and his projects are focused on spatially explicit assessments on the techno-economic and socio-environment potential of agricultural and renewable energy systems. Apart from the academic career, Walter has carried out research activities in projects funded by the Brazilian and Dutch government, European Commission, and also by public-private partnerships.
