About Taher's Work
Dr. Taher M. Radwan currently occupies the position of Assistant Professor of Environmental Geoinformatics at the Department of Soil and Water Sciences, Faculty of Agriculture, Alexandria University, Egypt. He earned his PhD in Environmental Remote Sensing and Geoinformatics from Lancaster Environment Centre (LEC), Lancaster University, UK. His research focuses on identifying what, where, when, and why land use/cover changes have occurred, hence, analysing, characterising, and quantifying the magnitude, trajectories, transitions and drivers of land use/cover change using GIS, Remote Sensing, and Geospatial Machine Learning techniques.
