Renhao Yang

Renhao received a PhD in Human Geography from KU Leuven, Belgium. His research spans three principle thematic areas: the political economy of land commodification; the rural restructuring under land tenure change; and the interaction between the state and collectives in China. He is interested in the critique of political economy as a means to interpret contemporary China's urban-rural development.
