Rajendra Shrestha

Rajendra P. Shrestha is a Professor of natural resources management and the Dean of the school of Environment, Resources and Development at the Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand. His major areas of research interest are in understanding human dimension of land use/cover change and land degradation, links between land use, climate and Food Security/Sovereignty, Sustainable Land Management and geoinformatics. He has served as graduate advisor of 21 PhD and 80 Master’s students who worked in these areas. He has also worked for number of international organizations.
