About Preston's Work
Tulalip Natural Resource Treaty Rights Office (2000-2020). Represented the Tulalip Tribes in negotiations at the CBD, WIPO, Nagoya Protocol and IPBES, with a focus on indigenous and traditional knowledge and indigenous peoples' rights. In the US, worked on issues of climate change adaptation and mitigation planning and policy, salmon and watershed conservation and management.
