About Pinar's Work
Dr. Pınar Pamukçu Albers is a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Bonn, working on ecohydrological systems with a focus on feedbacks between biophysical and hydrological processes, forest hydrology, ecosystem services, and hydro-meteorological extremes. She coordinates the UNESCO Chair in Human-Water-Systems. In addition, she serves as a UNFCCC Technical Review Expert specializing in greenhouse gas inventories in the LULUCF sector.
