Geographer working at the intersection of Earth Observation and Land System Science. I combine Earth observation data and machine learning techniques to map land use, land management, and land intensity across large regions and long time frames. My past work focussed on croplands and pastures in consolidated, but also smallholder systems in tropical and semi-arid regions.
