Neil Dawson

I am a social scientist specialising in environmental justice research among rural populations, primarily those living alongside some of the world’s biodiversity hotspots. I am a consultant, a member of The Global Environmental Justice Group, an interdisciplinary group of scholars at the University of East Anglia exploring linkages between social justice and environmental change, and a steering committee member of the IUCN Commission on Environmental, Economic and Social Policy (CEESP).
