I am responsible for cotton research and  development gap analysis, project and program proposal writing, coordinating cotton research and development activities, organizing workshop and training, monitoring and evaluation of ongoing projects and program, climate resilient value chain analysis of cropping system, maintain liaison with national and international organization, working as a national Counter Part of a Regional (subnational) project of IAEA

During this time my activities were: promoting cotton cultivation by organizing cotton growers association or societies and ensure supply of agricultural inputs and improved seeds, fertilizers, plant protection measures, irrigation and such other related matters; arrange for training of cotton farmers and establishment of demonstration plots; encouraging the development of ginners for processing seed cotton produced by the farmers; render assistance in the marketing of seed cotton at growers level; extend cotton cultivation area.
