Mark Moritz

I am a Professor and wicked scientist in the Department of Anthropology at the Ohio State University in the United States. My interdisciplinary research projects have examined pastoralists’ access to common-pool resources, the ecology of infectious diseases, regime shifts in floodplain fisheries, demographic dynamics in pastoral systems, territoriality among prehistoric pastoralists, and the transition from pastoralism to ranching.
