About Manoel's Work
Manoel Cardoso has a B.Sc. in Physics and a M.Sc. in Meteorology from the University of São Paulo, in Brazil, and a Ph.D. in Earth and Environmental Sciences from the University of New Hampshire, USA. He currently works for the Brazilian Institute for Space Research (INPE), and is primarily interested on modeling the dynamics of terrestrial ecosystems, using information from ground and remote-sensing studies, with emphasis in South America and Brazil.
