Mahamud Fuad

Mahamud Fuad Mahamed holds a Master of Science in Agroforestry and Soil Management and a Bachelor of Science in Geography and Environmental Studies both from Hawassa University, Ethiopia.
He currently serves as Lecturer and Head of Department at Jigjiga University, Ethiopia and also currently works with the Somali Regional State Agriculture Bureau, PSNP Programme.
His research interests include rangeland management, agroforestry practices, Biodiversity Conservation, LULCC, GIS and remote sensing applications, sustainable land management, and improving livelihoods in arid and semi-arid regions.
