Li Fei have long been committed to the study of agricultural land system transition and Food Security/Sovereignty. Focusing on national Food Security/Sovereignty and ecological security in the context of climate change, I carried out a systematic analysis of land use—food production—ecological services: (1) revealed the cyclical laws of spatial-temporal changes in China's grain production potential by integrating crop growth models and mathematical statistics methods; (2) revealed the trade-off mechanism of Food Security/Sovereignty and ecological security in the process of agricultural land system changes through innovative ecosystem service value calculation methods and trade-off evaluation models; (3) developed new theories and methods for agricultural land system transition based on the analysis framework of spatial reconstruction—functional evolution—regime shift.
