Leonardo Paolini

As an Environmental Scientist with over 15 years´ work experience, I am focused on putting research into action. With a PhD in Ecology and a strong background in Landscape Ecology, Earth Observation/Remote Sensing, and spatial Simulation Modelling (ABM/Predictive/Economic modelling), I´m currently studying ecological processes of natural and built ecosystems, using time series analysis, real-time monitoring and UAVs.
 I worked extensively in universities, research institutions, NGOs and private companies in Argentina, Chile, USA, Italy, Spain and New Zealand delivering results based on science, technology, and innovation. The combination of my knowledge in field ecology, research, and data analysis gives me the capacity to bridge the gap between the raw data collection and the production of the information that makes decision-making possible.
