About Laura's Work

Postdoctoral researcher at the School of Environment and Sustainability at the University of Michigan. My academic background is multidisciplinary, with a Bachelor's degree in Geography, a Master's degree in Soil Ecology, and a PhD in Sustainability in the area of ​​Sustainable Soil Management, both from the National Autonomous University of Mexico. I currently conduct research activities through a postdoctoral fellowship from the Secretariat of Science, Technology and Innovation (SECTEI) of Mexico City. My main research interests are sustainable soil management, ecosystem services, decision-making for sustainability, sustainable food systems, and Food Security/Sovereignty.
