About Krishna's Work

Krishna Yadav is working as a Senior Research Scholar at the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines) Dhanbad. Currently, He is working on synthesis of biochar derived from different agricultural waste and it application to different domain such as soil and water. He has keen interest in synthesis of good quality of biochar by optimizing various pyrolysis conditions using different statistical tools such as response surface methodology (RSM) and artificial neural network (ANN). During the recent past, biochar has been popular as a soil amendment for enhancement of soil fertility and quality, removal of various contaminants in the environment and carbon sequestration.

Recently, He received the International Travel Grant of from SCIENCE & ENGINEERING RESEARCH BOARD (SERB) (a statutory body of the Department of Science & Technology, Government of India) for Oral presentation in "lBI Biochar World Congress, South Korea (10 November, 2019 to 14 November, 2019)" held in "Seoul, South Korea".
