About Katarzyna Ewa's Work

Katarzyna (Kasia) Ewa Lewińska is a postdoc in the Earth Observation Lab at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. She is a Earth Observation/Remote Sensing scientist interested in leveraging satellite data in service of the natural environment and climate change related studies. Her main expertise lies (but is not limited to) in time series analyses of optical satellite data.

Katarzyna holds a B.A. in Geography and an M.Sc. in Geoinformatics and Earth Observation/Remote Sensing from the University of Warsaw, and a PhD in Engineering Science, Surveying, and Geoinformation from Graz University of Technology. To date, she has been part of the projects funded by GMES/Copernicus, NASA LCLUC, NASA AIST, and DFG.
