About Kamal Ravi's Work
Dr. Kamal Ravi Sharma is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Entomology, College of Agriculture, Acharya Narendra Deva University of Agriculture & Technology, Kumarganj, Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh, India. With a focused expertise in agricultural and applied entomology, his research and academic contributions span various domains such as integrated pest management, host plant resistance, pesticide toxicology, and eco-friendly pest control approaches. Dr. Sharma holds a Ph.D. in Entomology & Agricultural Zoology from the Institute of Agricultural Sciences, Banaras Hindu University (BHU), where he also completed his M.Sc. (Ag.). He earned his B.Sc. Agri. (Hons.) from CSA University of Agriculture & Technology, Kanpur (U.P.) India. At present, Dr. Jatav is an emerging person in the field of research transforming himself to an excellent scientific level by enhancing research capacity by promoting environmental sustainability. He has published more than 80 paper(s) including Research papers, Review papers, Books, Book chapters and technical papers from various National and International repute Journals and Publishers. He has contributed to several patent innovations and currently leads and collaborates on industry-funded and state-supported research projects focusing on rice pest management. He is serving as an Editorial Board Member and subject expert of various journal in Springer, Frontiers, Willey, IJE, Current Science, UPJZ, ARCC, Science Domain Journals for the last 4 years. He is serving as an active member of more than 10 various National and International scientific societies. Dr. Sharma has been awarded National Fellowship Doctoral Research by UGC and in 2018 and National Fellowship for OBC for Ph.D. study by the University Grants Commission (UGC), Ministry of Education, Govt. of India. He has been also awarded the Young Scientist Award, Best oral and Poster presentation award for his work. He has also attended more than 25 conferences, seminar, workshop and training.
