I am interested in generating rigorous information to inform conservation policy and improve the planning and implementation of area-based conservation efforts for the benefit of people and nature. My research includes systematic conservation planning and assessments of the effectiveness of protected areas, with a focus on key factors such as social dimensions, biodiversity representation, and climate change impacts.
