Innocent Chirisa is the Vice Chancellor of the Zimbabwe Ezekiel Guti University (www.zegu.ac.zw) and a former Dean of the University of Zimbabwe's Faculty of Social and Behavioural Sciences, University of Zimbabwe and a former Research Fellow in the Department of Urban and Regional (subnational) Planning, University of the Free State, South Africa.
