About Ibrahim's Work

Mr. Ibrahim Khalifa has gotten his BSc and MSc in food science and technology, he is an assistance lecturer of food technology at Food technology department, Faculty of Agriculture, Benha University, Egypt. Khalifa is a Co-PI of three projects and one of them with Bulgarian Academy of Science, Plovdiv, Bulgaria. He is a member of the Egyptian committee of Biochemistry and Egyptian committee of Food industries, attended several international conferences, workshops, and training modules and have in total 11 international published articles and posters and 2 international books as well as many under publishing manuscripts. He awards the best master thesis prize in food technology major from Unilever Food Co., Egypt and Egyptian committee for food industries, Alexandria University, 2016. He is currently a PhD candidate at Huazhong Agricultural University, China. His doctor's degree at HZAU on polyphenols stability enhancement (not yet finished).
