Huping Hou
About Huping's Work
Huping HOU, PhD in Cartography and Geographical Information Engineering, is an professor at School of Environment Science and Spatial Informatics at China University of Mining and Technology. She has been a visiting scholar at the School of Resource and Environmental Sciences at Wuhan University in 2012 and land reclamation international graduate school at Alberta University in 2014, respectively. She also serves as the referee for Environmental ProgressăJournal of Environmental SciencesăEnvironment Earth Science, et al. Her research interests include land reclamation in coal mining areas, land ecological monitoring, land evaluation and plan; recently the focus is on the application of new ecosystem and ecological resilience in mining areas. She has published more than 80 articles and 3 monographs.
