About Hriday Ch.'s Work
Hriday Ch. Sarma is working as a Fellow with South Asia Democratic Forum- a Brussels based think tank. He is associated with few other credible organizations in different capacities, such as Research Scientist with Polo Center for Sustainability (a Italy based organization), South Asia Coordinator Association for Conflict Resolution-International Section (US based organization), Research Officer with Balipara Foundation (a India based organization), etc. Hriday has a MA and MPhil in International Relations, with expertise on Central Eurasian region. Presently, he is finishing his PhD in Energy Studies Programme at School of International Studies in Jawaharlal Nehru University (New Delhi, India). In the past, he worked with few reputed think tanks, like as a Visiting Research Fellow with Institute for National Security Studies (Tel Aviv, Israel), Visiting Consultant with Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (Azerbaijan), and Research Associate with National Maritime Foundation (New Delhi, India). He has published with write-ups with various magazines and journals, like USA Today, Small Wars Journal, Peace and Conflict Monitor, etc. Additionally, he has done postgraduate diploma courses on International law and environment management. Hriday is heading a organization – Center for South Caucasus-South Asia Business Development- which works in the direction of building market integration between the two regions.
