I am a human resources and institutional development practitioner with a focus on capacity building, digital transformation, and sustainable local economic development. I am a Co-Founder of the Ecology Accounting Alliance of Indonesia (ECAAL Indonesia), where I lead organizational development initiatives and support multi-stakeholder collaboration. My interests include Organizational Citizenship Behavior for the Environment (OCBE), Green Organizational Citizenship Behavior (GOCB), and gender diversity, particularly in the context of sustainable and inclusive development.
