Geley Norbu

Mr. Norbu is the Director General at National Land Commission Secretariat, Bhutan. He also served as the Chief Urban Planner at Thimphu Municipality.

He holds a master’s degree in Urban and Regional (subnational) Planning and a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. He also studied at MIT where he took the opportunity to enrich his understandings on urban planning and management systems, policy analysis, land, housing, poverty, and issues related to environment and climate change.

He is passionate about public service.
