Gabriela Villavicencio

Gabriela Villavicencio is an academic, educator and researcher in socioecological resilience, agroecology, political ecology, and popular pedagogies. She is a member of the Cooperative New School for Urban Studies and Environmental Justice where she reflects on decolonial thinking, while participating in citizenship, curricular innovation and intercultural dialogue. Translator, interpreter and advocate for food sovereignty and environmental justice in various international forums such as Organic Seeds Alliance, Friends of the Earth International and Urbicultura, Urban Agroecology.
