Throughout the years I have been serving successfully all the community development programs directly with entire indigenous groups and mainstream communities specially on communities livelihood development, Human and Indigenous rights, Good governance, Education, Health, Child and women development and empowerment, Youth and Adolescent development, Climate change, community empowerment, Social Awareness raising, motivation and mobilization, Advocacy and networking, establishment of community voice, sports for development, communication for development, rights of information and so on
