About Esaya's Work
I was born December 9th 1967 a Tanzanian by Nationality, I am a father of four Children and a husband of Eveline,
I successfully completed my secondary education in 1988 at Minaki Secondary School in Coast region, in 1991 i was selected to join Aviation Training center for 1 year, there after I joined 1 year National Service (military training) as compulsory, 1992 was employed in the Directorate of civil aviation as Aeronautical Communication assistant.
-2010 11th January 2010 to 19th February 2010 Certificate In (AIS SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT) subject covered- AIS management,
AIS Automation, Aerodrome Data management, Supervisory Management & Presentation skills, at (CATC -Dar-es-salaam)
-2009 February – NIP (The National Institute for Productivity Dar-es-Salaam) Certificate In SUPERVISORY SKILLS DEVELOPMENT Course
-2006 December Certificate in DESKTOP PUBLISHING, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Publisher, Adobe page maker. Course conducted by New Horizons –Dar-es-salaam.
-2005 March-Certificate in PRE-BASIC PANS OPS course (Procedure Design) at Civil Aviation Training Center-Dar-es-salaam.

In 2010 I felt to be an environmentalist by nature and formulating CBO on the Environmental issues,which enabled me to attend several workshops in regarding environmental and climate change as well.
in 2012, I successfully officially registered the organization named SECCA-Tanzania and elected as Executive Chairperson
