About Eric's Work
Eric Keys is an evaluation and learning specialist whose career has woven together global change science, digital innovation, and international development. He has led major monitoring and evaluation efforts for USAID, the National Science Foundation, and the Department of State, helping organizations use evidence to make smarter, more adaptive decisions. Eric’s work has taken him from climate adaptation projects in southern Africa to agricultural resilience research in Nepal, and even into the world of AI, where he co‑created a system that analyzed over 200,000 evaluation documents. A former university professor and policy fellow, he’s known for building practical learning systems, mentoring teams, and making complex ideas accessible. He brings a grounded, collaborative approach to every project he joins.
