I am interested in multiple aspects of abandonment, particularly in agricultural abandonment and its relationship with urbanization. Specifically, I try to map the abandoned trajectories in long time-series and identify its drivers. Of course, this process contains multiple academic knowledge including Statistics/Econometrics, Earth Observation/Remote Sensing as well as some other geographical methods. The overall aim of my research is to provide some decision-making support for land-management practices.
