About Cristina's Work

Cristina Chiarella is a postdoc researcher working in the Midland project, at the Earth and Life institute of UCLouvain. She is an economist with a PhD in Geography and a masters in Agricultural and Resource Economics, both from the University of California, Davis. Her research focuses on agricultural productivity and labor dynamics resulting from different farm sizes and farming systems. Cristina has prior research experience on topics related to social networks, cooperative management of invasive species, and migration.
