He is Legal representative of the not for profit association "Promotion of Education and Learning in Distance, PLEAD" aiming to struggle against ignorance and its corollaries named "poverty" and "violence" in the enclosed countries of Great Lakes Region of Africa. 

He is Featured Member of e-agriculture Community since 2011 due of his commitment in publishing relevant scientific papers at the online platform: https://www.e-agriculture.org belonging to FAO and he is Expert in Digital Agricultural Technologies.

He participates in many scientific events of digital transformation in agriculture and he has knowledge of land conflict management as he learned law enforcement; adaptive leadership and decision modeling as well as he is , Smallholder farmer in Burundi rural highland area.

He is Expert in many fields related to land management as he is owner of a Certificate in Building Climate Resilience in Agriculture and he is holder of Certificate in Farm Data Management, Sharing and Services for Agriculture Development.

He is a former Professor of International Relations Policies at the International Relations Studies Center of Bujumbura.

Besides, he has published a lot of scientific papers available offline and/or online like: "The land's degradation as the counterpart of Tanganyika Blue Economy" or "Digitalization of indigenous knowledge in African agriculture for fostering Food Security/Sovereignty" and so on.

Furthermore, he is qualified Expert in editing scientific researches as he is owner of a Certificate in Research Policy Methodology and has a strong experience in communication and communication.

Also, he is Expert in Applied Economy as he is owner of the respective Certficates of Havard's edX and World Bank's courses: Unlocking Investment and Finance in Emerging Markets and Developing Economies; Future of Work: Preparing for Disruption; Trade for Development in the Age of Global Values Chains; Data for Better Lives: A New Social Contract; Investing in Quality Infrastructure Investment for Green, Inclusive and Resilient Recovery.

It is worth mentioning that he has been granted a post-university degree in European Studies at the Catholic University of Louvain after the completion of his License in International Relations and Public Management, option International Relations as well as he is holder of a Diploma in Economic and Social Sciences from the same University of Louvain-La-Neuve.

Also, he is holder of a Master Degree in Using Technologies of Information and Communication for Education, Master UTICEF in short of the first promotion from the University Louis Pasteur of Strasbourg.

He is currently Mentor in Entrepreneurship Programme at Tony Elumelu Foundation and He holds an IEP Peace Ambassador Programme Certificated.
