About Andrea's Work
Andrea Pacheco is a honduran environmental social scientist doing research on the human impacts on biodiversity in the Forest and Nature Conservation Policy Group at Wageningen University & Research.
Her research broadly seeks to understand how humans impact their natural environment, and she has experience conducting research on topics of land governance, land tenure, as well as nature and biodiversity conservation in the tropics. She is interested in using impact evaluation research and methods to better understand the effects of development and conservation interventions across spatial and temporal scales.
