About Andre's Work
Andre Luis de Souza Coelho holds an M.Sc. in Sustainable Development Practice, as well as the Sustainability Excellence Associate (SEA) and the National Green Infrastructure Certification (NGICP) credentials. He is a Ph.D. candidate in Urban Leadership and Entrepreneurship at the University of the District of Columbia (UDC), where he also serves as Project Specialist in Green Infrastructure and Urban Resilience. His research focuses on green infrastructure for stormwater management and evaluating sustainable strategies, technologies, and public policies to inform decision-making for resilient urban futures.
