Aaron Achoroi

Aaron Achoroi is a Master of Land use and Regional (subnational) Development Planning Graduate at Makerere University where he is also a Research Fellow. As an upcoming researcher and scientist, Aaron’s research interests span in the fields of Industrialisation, climate change, land use planning, environment impact assessments as well as emergence and development of green cities for sustainable development. Aaron has worked with different organisations such as Uganda Bureau of Statistics and National Environment Management Authority. As a young researcher, he dreams of a career in Academia with emphasis on Research and looks forward to different educational opportunities worldwide so as to realise this. His currently working as a Research Officer at Makerere University in the Department of Geography, Geo-informatics and Climatic Sciences. His also done works on industrialisation and industrial development under the Uganda Investment Authority as well as private industrial players.
