Bajocco
Research Scientist
Council for Agricultural Research and Economics
I am a BSc in Natural sciences and PhD in Plant sciences. My main research interest focuses on computational landscape ecology and the understanding of environmental processes at landscape scale. My major research topics are vegetation dynamics, in terms of phenology and climate change impacts, and the study of spatially explicit processes, like anomalies/stress dynamics, disturbance spatio-temporal behavior, land degradation and land cover change. I investigate such issues through remotely sensed data analysis, geoprocessing techniques, environmental indicators and multivariate statistical methods.
