Loupa Pius, is a son of a pastoralists from Karamoja in Uganda. Loupa, works with African Wildlife Foundation as a landscape project officer Kidepo Landscape in North Eastern Uganda. Mr. Loupa is an agriculturalist with high interest in agrobiodiversity, Pastoralism, Land, Natural resource conflict and governance. Loupa is pursuing his Masters of science in Environmental Economics from Busitema University in Uganda. Loupa has trainer of rangelands management, Agroecology practices, pastoralism and human wildlife Conflict mitigation. Loupa aspiration is to become a policy analyst, helping local governments on natural resources governance.
