I was born in the Altai Krai being the Southwestern part of Siberia. In 1999, I graduated from the Faculty of Mathematics in Altai State University (Barnaul, Russia), Bachelor degree in "Applied Mathematics"; after a year I obtained the degree of master in "Mathematics". In 2003, I got the Doctor of Science (Geoinformatics) in Altai State University. Since 2006, I have held the position of associate professor in the chair of Theoretical Cybernetics and Applied Mathematics, Institute of Mathematics and Information Technologies. Since 2021, I have held the position of researcher in the Sarsen Amangolov East-Kasakhstan University, Ust-Kamenogorks, Kasakhstan within the execution of the Grant of Kasakhstan Ministery of Science and Education. My research interests focused on causal analysis, detecting causal linkages, machine learning algorithms, Bayesian Belief Networks, GIS-Technology, land use change and sustainable development of regions in Siberia and Asian countries.
